Cestr Central location, right off Wenceslaus square across from beautiful National Museum featured on Prague postcards and magnets. Spacious and bright modern decor with a dedicated bar area and shelves with pickling throughout. The specialty is Czech meats, so it’s a fearsome steak selection, with liver, hearts, gizzards and brains of various animals also making appearance on the menu. Paris dining summary 2026 – what’s good, what’s bad, what’s memorable, what’s passable

For future reference so that I can come back to this post, here are some dining notes from Paris circa 2026. La Saperlipopette (Puteaux) We’ve had two Caesar salads, a beef tartare and a ribeye. The service was pretty prompt and efficient, the motto was “we are not Parisians”, so all of the good bistro stuff without any of the attitude. The venue defines itself as a chic bistro.
